The ultimate dinner party is just another exclusive auction lot at this year’s Pro-Am.
Pratap Chalal brings together his Ramsay training and his love of travel to treat up to ten people to his fabulous 5-course menu “The Edible Scent”. Inspired by months of research, Pratap incorporates pure natural essential oils, absolutes and essences into his cooking. The result is a meal to remember.
Pratap will cook in the fabulous and unique setting of a chalk mine tunnel providing a memorable backdrop for this perfume inspired, gastronomic delight.
Prior to dinner, all guests will be given the opportunity to taste wines from around the world in the company of a wine expert. Guests will then enjoy matching wines to accompany Pratap’s menu.
This will take place at The Old Chalk Mine, Reading. Transport to/from London is included. Use before March 31, 2016 (December 2015 excluded).
