An expensive error…..
After a slight bump on the bike, I ploughed on cycling without checking everything was aligned....5 minutes later my derailleur had an altercation with the spokes. Guess who won... Our friends at Pasculli were quick to help and ship the new parts required. Hey ho - you live and learn.
Beautiful Troon Beach!
Martyn was back on his bike this week and was rewarded with the stunning surroundings of Troon Beach - well worth the 55 miles!
120 Hours in Lycra!
A message of support (!) from David's cycling coach - Steve. Lands End to John O’Groats Training = 120 hours wearing lycra, 576,000 revolutions of pedals, 40,000ft of climbing and 260 Mars Bars! For many cyclists this is the pinnacle of their cycling career and is a feather in both amateur and professional cycling caps. [...]
